Returns & Complaints Policy:
Refunds and returns must be requested within 30 days of purchasing the hair. To be eligible, all items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. For this reason, any products that have been worn, altered, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return.
Product Quality Concerns:
If you experience any issues or concerns regarding the quality of the hair, these must be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase. This allows us to assess the product promptly and in its original condition. Complaints raised after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly back to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
